1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered with during delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and product images/videos are required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness and consumable products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste, texture, or personal preference-related concerns
  • Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

4. Replacement Policy

Eligible damaged or incorrect products may be replaced without additional charges.

Replacement requests must include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video (if available)

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Vaidyakam is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details during checkout.
